Where if you want to come forward, but you're afraid of being punished, or you're afraid of breaking what's called a non-disclosure agreement, we have a process where you can talk to Congress, or you can talk to AARO, and say "Hey, I saw this, I saw that, I was apart of this program."

I think they should be taken seriously. Obviously, Grusch’s background is legit: military, Intel., high level security clearance, so you can't just dismiss him. The question is whether he had firsthand, sort of, access to some of this stuff. Because you can't dismiss him, you're left with two possibilities: One, he’s telling the truth. Two, he’s misinformed.
